1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Motherless. By entering the site you confirm you are 18 or older. Access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.

2. Anonymous Uploads

Motherless allows content to be uploaded without creating an account. Anonymous uploaders are still bound by all terms in this agreement, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. Anonymous uploads are tracked by a browser cookie token. By uploading you accept full legal responsibility for the content submitted.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate removal, account termination (where applicable), and referral to law enforcement:

• Any depiction of persons under 18 years of age in a sexual context
• Non-consensual pornography or "revenge porn"
• Content recorded or distributed without the consent of all participants
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Content promoting sexual violence, trafficking, or exploitation
• Any content illegal under applicable law

4. Uploader Responsibilities

By uploading content — anonymously or with an account — you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to distribute all uploaded content
• All persons depicted are at least 18 years of age
• All persons depicted have given explicit consent to appear in the content
• You maintain 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records for all uploaded content
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

5. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

All uploaders must comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. By uploading you certify you maintain records verifying all performers were 18+ at time of production. Records must be available upon request.

6. Content Moderation

All uploaded content — including anonymous uploads — is held in a moderation queue and reviewed before publication. Motherless reserves the right to reject, remove, or restrict any content at its sole discretion. We utilise hash-matching technology to detect known illegal content.

7. DMCA Policy

Motherless responds to valid DMCA takedown notices. To submit a notice, use our DMCA page. Repeat infringers will have uploads blocked.

8. Privacy

Use of this site is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.

9. Account Termination

Motherless may terminate or suspend accounts and block anonymous upload tokens at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Motherless is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
